​General Terms and Conditions

• Sailings and landings are always subject to favourable sea and weather conditions.

• Passengers travel entirely at their own risk.

• The skipper has complete discretion to refuse to allow any person to board the vessel.

• Booking is essential for all trips, through our website, including for those who have gift vouchers.

• Lifejackets are provided and must be worn in accordance with the safety briefing given before each voyage.

• Please arrive on the dockside at least 15 minutes before you scheduled departure time.

• Dress warmly with waterproofs if you have them.

• We can supply large waterproof jackets.

• Please leave all valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for them. If you bring a camera or phone for taking pictures please ensure that is fully waterproof.

• Every child under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• If you book a trip but don't take the trip without notifying us 24 hours before in advance, then you will be liable for a 100% cancellation charge.

• If your trip is cancelled by us due to sea or weather conditions or other reasons we will inform you as early as possible. You will be offered an alternative booking, gift vouchers or a full refund.
