How to book

All bookings are on line-via our website. 

Where are we located?

Harbour Road, Eyemouth, TD14 5HY (opposite The Waterfront Cafe).

Where can I park?

Free car park at Harbour Road, TD14 5JA and various on street parking

What time should I arrive for our trip?

At least 15 mins before the scheduled departure time

What should I wear?

Warm clothing and a waterproof jacket are recommended

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry no dogs allowed

Is it suitable for children?

Our trips are suitable for children 4 years and over. Children travel at the discretion

of the parent.

Are there any concessions?

Not usually but no harm in asking!

How many seats on the boat?

There are twelve seats on the boat.

Will I see dolphins?

Maybe if we’re lucky!

Can I customise my trip?

If you book a Whole Boat trip it can be customised to suit your group

How do I board the boat?

Access ramp to our pontoon and a step up/down to get on the boat (see pictures in Gallery)

Is it suitable for wheelchairs?

Sorry no room for wheelchairs on the boat but we can provide assistance to board if the wheelchair is

left dockside

How safe are the trips?

Very!  We take safety very seriously.

What happens if I can’t make it ?

If you inform us at least 24 hours beforehand you will receive a full refund. See our terms and conditions for more information about our cancellation policy

What wildlife will we see?

Probably seals, definitely various seabirds, sometimes dolphins and if we’re lucky, minke whales 

Why is the boat called a Rib?

It’s a Rigid Inflatable Boat
