​General Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings, payments and cancellations

1.1 All trips are booked and paid for in advance using our on-line booking system

1.2. Minimum passenger numbers apply to scheduled trips and we reserve the right to cancel any sailing if minimum numbers are not achieved. We will offer an alternative time or a full refund.

1.3. If your trip is cancelled by us due to sea or weather conditions or other reasons we will inform you as early as possible. You will be offered an alternative booking, gift vouchers or a full refund.

1.4. You can cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure time and receive a full refund. If you inform us less than 24 hours ahead, no refund will be given unless we are able to resell the seats

2. Restrictions

2.1 Sailings are always subject to favourable sea and weather conditions

2.2. Passengers travel entirely at their own risk.

2.3. The skipper has complete discretion to refuse to allow any person to board the vessel. This will include anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2.4. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed either on the boat or the adjoining dockside

2.5. Our trips may be unsuitable for anyone with known spinal and/or neck conditions or who is in the later stages of pregnancy

2.6. There is no available space on our boat for wheelchairs but they can be left on the dockside by our mooring and we can provide assistance to board

2.7. Every child under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult

2.8. No dogs allowed on board

2.9. We cannot be responsible for passengers personal belongings

3. Boarding

3.1. Passengers must arrive at least 15 mins before their departure time

3.2. Passengers are advised to bring suitable clothing for a boat trip and are reminded that it is always significantly cooler at sea (we can provide waterproof jackets)

3.3. Boarding/disembarking is strictly via the anti slip mats provided and passengers should not step directly onto the inflatable tube.

3.3. Lifejackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers on all trips.

3.4. A safety briefing will be given for all passengers prior to departure and the safety instruction issued must be observed

3.5. Passengers must remains seated throughout the duration of the trip unless given permission

4. Cancellations

4.1. You can cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure time and receive a full refund. If you inform us less than 24 hours ahead, no refund will be given unless we are able to resell the seats
